- Bob Evans - Free kids meal when you sign up for the birthday club.
- Burger King - Join Club BK and you will get a coupon for a free kid’s meal in the mail for your child’s birthday.
- California Pizza Kitchen - Sign up for the CPKids Birthday Club and you will receive a coupon for a free kids meal to use during the month of your child’s birthday. Coupon will be sent to your email inbox.
- Captain D’s - Join the Kid’s Birthday Club and get a birthday greeting along with a coupon for a free Kid’s Meal.
- Chuck E. Cheese - Register for coupons and your child will receive a special gift on his or her birthday.
