As my kids have gotten older, our lives have become busier than ever before. With our hectic schedules, there are some nights I just don’t feel like cooking. On these nights, I often turn to easy-to-fix meals, such as those available from Farm Rich. Farm Rich offers parents an alternative to fast food with wholesome, easy-to-prepare snacks sure to please the entire family.
For most of you, when the name Farm Rich is mentioned, their yummy Cheese Sticks probably come to mind. However, they have a full line of other snack foods, including:

We have tried several Farm Rich products in the past, so when the company offered me the opportunity to try something new, I jumped on it. Since my kids can be picky eaters, I let them do the choosing and they decided on the Mini Quesadillas and the Stuffed Pretzel Bites.
The first new product we tried were the Mini Quesadillas. Perfect for a lunch or dinner, these yummy bites of goodness and are made with all white-meat chicken and Cheddar & Jack cheeses and are surrounded in a tortilla-style crust. As with many Farm Rich products, you can either cook these in the microwave or oven. Serve with a side of salsa and, if your kids are anything like mine, they will be eating these up!
The other item we tried were the Stuffed Pretzel Bites. We used these as an afternoon snack and, just like the Mini Quesadillas, the kids gobbled them up! Each soft pretzel bite is stuffed full of smooth, creamy cheddar cheese. As with the Mini Quesadillas, these can be cooked in the oven or microwave in as little as 1 minute! You can’t get much faster than that!
