Evenflo has issues a recall of their Convertible High Chair due to risk of injury due to a fall hazard. The affected chairs convert from a high chair to toddler-size table and chair and include models:
- Dottie Lime – Model# 29111259
- Dottie Rose – Model# 29111271
- Marianna – Model# 29111234
Affected chairs were sold at Toys”R”Us and Walmart stores nationwide and online at Walmart.com and Wayfair.com between December 2011 and June 2012 for about $40. Consumers are urged to called Evenflo at 800-233-5921 between 8am and 5pm to request a replacement tray with installation and use instructions.
