I have just paid for the free trial, and as you mentioned, I was automatically enrolled in their monthly subscription. I called their telephone number right away and they helped me with the cancellation. I would like to tru their products first and then decide.
Barbara – it was my understanding that you are enrolled, but not CHARGED until after the free trial period. Yes, they don’t give you a wide window to cancel, so I always recommend to write it on your calendar so that you don’t forget!
I forgot to mention that the 7 days policy cancellation is too strict.
